Brad and his team were able to provide answers, which were probably the most valuable part during the waiting experience. Dealing with Social Security is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for most people, so finding someone who has insight and is willing to share something more than personalized, anecdotal insights is reassuring to say the least. The entire process is a hurry-up-and-wait experience, but with real answers and feedback on the timeframes to expect and steps to take to be proactive, I felt like I was in the loop and not just some stack of paperwork being bounced between offices. Applying for disability can be overwhelming and confusing. Brad Thomas and his team were extremely helpful. When I had questions on rather to even use a lawyer Brad called me personally and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend you don't do this on your own and give Brad Thomas a call. He also has extremely helpful videos on YouTube.

I am satisfied with him and his work, it took time because of SSA they always have long process to go. But my case has been approved so I liked this firm and its people who are working. Thank you again

The team was so helpful! I just had a few calls & they did everything else for me. I love that I could text information & questions to the paralegal I was working with. My disability case was approved so fast I'm shocked - I expected 2 years & it only took about 3 months. I have long covid & was worried about delays because it's a new disability, but Brad & team clearly know what they're doing & do it well.
