If you don’t have a lawyer for your Social Security disability process, do yourself a favor and hire Brad Thomas. I can’t imagine trying to navigate this long arduous journey, filled with ups and downs, without Brad and his team of assistants. I got COVID in December of 2020 and was hospitalized for 53 days which included a pulmonary rehab hospital and a physical rehab hospital. My lungs were severely damaged and my life as I knew it would be forever changed. I researched the disability process and decided that it would be worth hiring a lawyer especially since COVID and the lingering effects would be new to Social Security as a disability. When your pulmonologist is putting your name on the double lung transplant list, you need all the help you can get. I reached out to Brad about taking my case and he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made me feel like I’d made the right decision. Brad and his team walked me thru the steps of my application and told me what to expect while explaining why the process is long & frustrating. Cindy, Sarah & Mae from Brad’s office are the absolute best and they truly care about you as a person not just a case number. While Brad and his team advised this was going to be a long process, they weren’t kidding. Two and half years later and we got the letter we’d been hoping for!! Don’t try this process alone, get help. The roller coaster which is the Social Security disability process is difficult but having a team of people that know exactly what to expect and what the government is looking for is priceless. Knowledge is power and Brad and his team are a powerful ally to have and I can’t stress this enough. I’m forever grateful to Brad and his team and I’m so lucky that I made the right decision by reaching out to him in the beginning.

Extremely poor customer service. I used them for my property tax protest through Metlife and I have been getting apology emails since the last 3 months because they have done nothing on the case. Very incompetent and please stay away from them. I have been coordinating with Nicole via email and she responds to ne once in a blue moon.

One Star because if there is a possibility to give 0 stars, I would have given it. They are extremely incompetent, unprofessional, lackadaisical, lacking in regards to my property tax hearing. Firstly, even though I signed a form transferring over my representation rights to this firm, they say that my case does not appear on their docket. And they always say this too little too late, like for example after my final hearing. Secondly, my hearing was rescheduled three times based on the Agent's ask and every time they behave as if they are unaware. The county always says that the Agency has rescheduled and not them. Third, they are extremely lacking in evidence collection and could not even use the evidences or better structure the evidences that i have collected on their behalf. Their treatment has always been unfair to my case and treated my case as an outsider case. Fourth, there is complete disconnect between their staff and the Agent/attorney. I noticed that other review is also 1 star, and that speaks about their competence.

Brad and his office staff are all so nice and actually care! When I called and told Brad about my situation he was very quick to help me start an appeal and eventually helped me get a favorable decision. It wouldn't of been possible without his knowledge... I thank him after having two lawyers and Brad beening my 3rd, he always told me not to worry everything was going to go fine! Was scared to trust him at first due to my pass situation but I put my trust in him and he got the JOB DONE! They also stay on top of every deadline and keep you appraised of the status of your case on a regular basis. Brad and his team is extremely helpful in managing your expectations realistically.
