Casey is one of the finest attorneys I have dealt with. He worked on a divorce modification for me and went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I asked for and even more. He is extremely knowledgeable and worked extremely hard on my case. I highly recommend Casey and will always look to him for help with any legal matters going forward.

I have had Mr Boyd represent me several times on family law issues and he is a great lawyer. I have used other attorneys and none have even come close to the talent level and integrity this attorney has. If you have the opportunity to hire Mr Boyd it would be the best decision you have ever made.

Casey was assigned my case thru the law firm I had hired. He initially did a consultation over the phone and drafted 1 version of a modification for a family law issue. The modification he drafted was full of errors and/or omissions that were not what I had discussed with him. At that point it took 4 months to get him back on the phone and attempt another draft. That draft was never sent over to me after 2 more months of e-mails and phone call to his office/paralegal. After 6 months and half my retainer used up on email charges for emails he wouldn't answer, I dropped Casey Boyd and the law firm he was employed with. I understand he has been let go as of recently for multiple reasons....

A nice attorney, but very unresponsive. I used his services and had planned to refer him to others (but will not so that I do not lose my respect or friendship.) His support staff is also sadly unresponsive so I had to hire another attorney to help me with my divorce.

Mr. Boyd won my case despite what was obviously and extensive, even inordinate amount of preparation by the other side, who appeared willing to do everything legally possible, and more, to win. I highly recommend Mr. Boyd to anyone seeking an outstanding attorney.

I was referred to Casey Boyd as a very knowledgeable, top notch guy. Unfortunately, after spending a week getting Mr. Boyd informed and up to speed regarding my case, he never emailed me back and became 100% responsive. It's unfortunate being that my case was time sensitive. I emailed Mr. Boyd acknowledging that he seems to be busy and asked to be refereed to another person in his offer, and even asked if he could point me to someone that could help, still... nothing.. If you are looking for an attorney to get on the ball going, I would not recommend Casey Boyd.

I had a run in with Child Protective Services after getting in an altercation with my boyfriend while my child was sleeping in the other room. They filed a case against me because I wouldn't just lay down and do what they wanted and attend parenting classes. The court appointed him as my attorney and he immediately met with me and walked me through the process. He drew a hard line and didn't accept no for an answer. He and Eric Higgins said they would go to trial before they let me just settle on CPS's terms, and they meant it. A week or so before trial CPS kept trying to settle, and Casey and Eric talked to me about the pros and cons of each and every offer. After much discussion, we turned down their offers and CPS ended up dismissing the entire case! Casey and Eric were great. Even though they were appointed by the judge to represent me, they treated me like I was a million dollar client.
