Hayley helped me in a mediated divorce case. She always kept me informed of each step of the case. She always told me my options at each decision point and the pros and cons of each choice. Hayley Collins represented me in a very emotional child custody case. Our case was unusual, as my husband and I sought to retain join managing conservatorship of our grandchild. Hayley was always well prepared. She was succinct while thorough and personable while being very professional. I felt each step we took was clearly thought out and collaborative. Her constant attention to achieving an end result that was in the best interest of the child was balanced with consideration to my finances. Family law cases can be expensive and emotionally draining but it helps to have an attorney in whom you can have complete confidence. I retained Ms. Collins to deal with my divorce and custody of my daughter. This was a particularly nasty and drawn out and complicated case, mostly due to the history of it and the parties involved. Hayley was, from the outset, very effective in communicating to me what could be expected, the costs involved, and the process to accomplish what I set out to accomplish. Once the plan was established, she was very aggressive, but unfailingly ethical and conscientious in her dealings with my ex and her counsel. We had a huge win in a temporary custody hearing and that set the stage for finishing the process out, which we did last Thursday in Collin County. All of the goals I set forth early on were met and the outcome is the right one for my daughter and for me. I can't recommend Hayley highly enough and she represents arguably the best value in Dallas area family law. She is the consummate professional, highly skilled and very, very effective. I had complete faith in her and was very confident in these proceedings with her representing me, and there aren't words for how valuable that is when everything else in your life is uncertain, at best. Lene Alley DeRudder is not only the best Texas Family Law attorney, but she also is a wonderful human being. Her law practice reflects her good heart and high moral character. She is on top of her game when it comes to knowing our Texas Family Laws. In addition to that, Lene is one of the hardest workers I have ever personally known. She worked tirelessly to protect the rights of my children and myself. As you can imagine, this was a very difficult time for my children and I but Lene and her staff were most supportive in every way. The entire Grandson Bain office showed nothing but professionalism during our entire time working with them. Lene, personally, encouraged me when I was down and she also rejoiced with me during our victories. No one likes divorce and frankly no one likes paying a divorce attorney! However, when I needed help through this difficult process, I could not have asked for a better advisor than Curtis. He was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, and clearly concerned for the personal well-being of both myself and my family. He worked as my professional advocate, personal counselor, and at times the needed voice of hard truth and reason.
