Heather was amazing! We had a feeling from the start that she was not a typical lawyer. For starters, she took the time to really listen to us and heard what we were saying and coming from. She is extremley passionate about helping people. She has assembled an amazing team around her as well. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. We had gotten into some trouble and were really scared. Mr.s Barbieri's confidence and game planning was what we needed to get a not guiltiy verdict. I will forever be grateful for her.

I'm not a really religious person, but I believe that God brought Heather into my life. I was accused of something which I didn't do. It was very serious and I was facining very serious charges and potentially 30 years in federal prison. Heather not only is the best - she knows the best. She brought in the best investigators and the best expert witnesses to help me. They all told me that I was very fortunate to have her as my attorney, that they work with attorneys all over the country and she is the best. That gave me a lot of faith. They were right! We won. I was on trial facing a life sentence, but falsely accused and the evidence was against me. Heather did not stop proving the evidence was wrong and at the end of the trial, I was found not guilty and am a free man for something I did not do.

Several years ago, I required some legal advice and eventually representation for a work related issue. It was a very scary position that I found myself in.
