Heather Barbieri gets unbelievably GOOD results for her clients. She often wins acquittals and gets cases dismissed, even when the case doesn't look good for the client. Defense attorneys are not miracle workers, but she's as close as it gets. And she's honest and does not charge too much, only what is necessary to defend her clients. If you want great results and you are in need of criminal defense, I strongly recommend Ms. Barbieri.

Heather and her team did a dynamite job with my case. I can't believe I have a brand new lease on life now because of them. The most important decision I ever had to make was what attorney to hire for a serious situation I was facing. Unfortuantely, the first time I hired one I made a mistake. I listened to all the BS and false promises he made to me. He took my money no problem but wasn't getting anything done and after over a year came to me and said we should just plea out my case and serve time. I am innocent! I happen to be waiting for my attorney in the court room - he was late - and Ms. Barbieri was there for one of her clients. She was amazing. She was joking and hanging out with the DA before they got started but as soon as the judge came in she turned it on. She sounded so good and convincing and the judge approved her request. The DA went from smiling to mad - I could see her. I saw Ms. Barbieri fight more for her client in 10 minutes than my attorney did for me in 11 months. Afterwards I asked the baliff who she was and he told me Heather Barbieri and said she is the best attorney in Texas. I didn't need any more convincing. Thank God I found her.

I can't sing the praises of the Barbieri Law Firm enough. Heather is amazing. So is her entire staff. I was accused of something awful that rocked my entire world and I was devastated. I'm not big on leaving reviews, espeically when I was facing such an awful ordeal and an uphill battle. But, in my darkest time when I felt my whole world was against me, I came across Mrs. Barbieri and she actually took the time to learn and ask questions and get my side of the story. Most of the other attorneys started right into the fee and how many years they thought they could get for my sentence. But, not Mrs. Barbieri. She built a strategy and game plan for our case and we ended up getting the charges dropped. Thank you!

I initially hired an attorney for a very serious allegation my significant other was facing. He charged a lot of money and talked even more. But after nearly 2 years on the case, nothing was happening. Then he kept trying to convince us to take a plea that involved a lot of jail time. One day we were up at the courthouse for a hearing. There was a lawyer before us who was up there doing an amazing job of fighting for her client. I was impressed by her passion and conviction, espeically considering how low energy our attorney was in comparison. When her time before the judge was over (she won whatever she was fighting for that day), I asked the bailiff who that attorney was. He said it was Mrs. Heather Barbieri. That evening I went home and researched her and was blown away by her webiste and her experience. I think what did it for me was how much she actually teaches other lawyers how to do their jobs across the country. We met with her a few days later and I was even more impressed. WHile it was very frustrating to feel like we wasted two years and a lot of money on the first attorney, I am will never regret the decision to hire Mrs. Barbieri and her law firm. It was the best decision I ever made. We went from facing several years in prison to successfully the charges and getting our lives back! She has amazing reserach and investigative ability. She did more work on our case in the first three weeks than the first attorney did in nearly two years. She was suggesting ideas and strategies in the very first meeting that I hadn't heard from the other attorney in the whole time we worked with him. Heather is the best! I would recommend her to anyone. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do, there is no question who I am hiring.
