I was in deep trouble with this dui case i got. Every other lawyer I contacted demanded fees ranging from 5000 onward with no intent of actually finding a solution. Mr. Apgar was the only one that seemed to care how my case actually ended and was able to work with me on the price. He got my charge from a class A to class B at rockwall court which is notorious for going after the max sentence. Mr. Apgar was also very communicative during my entire ordeal and would always respond back in a timely manner make me feel heard. I really appreciate his services and i would highly recommend him!

I had to terminate representation due to the extreme lack of response from Greyson, which his secretary even admitted that she did not know why he was like that. when I finally did talk to him he said to send him the parole paperwork back and he would send us back the retainer. Almost a month has passed since I sent the packet in perfect condition, verified with his secretary that he said he had received the packet but is “working” on the refund. Now my calls go unanswered(unless i call from a different number) and I get no response from any of them. This is highly unprofessional. Will be reporting him to the state bar because this is simply unacceptable. I would not trust an attorney who lies and avoids communication with any client or former client.

Very professional and extremely helpful family lawyer. Direct and knows the law inside and out. She had no problem recommending other lawyers if any questions that were asked were not in her line of practice.

Please dont be comforted by a black womens name...its a ridiculous down low republican that runs the office... I went in to make a payment for a July court day when I was informed that she couldnt represent me... without any reason..After asking why he simply referred me to another lawyer...I really believe that rather than helping people there just looking for the best paying clients. Now I found out that my court day is a week away...GARBAGE This was a learning lesson to not always have faith in people just because there your same race..Sistas....go somewhere else...
