Tom Greenwald is an outstanding lawyer-candid, prepared, intelligent, practical and a problem solver. He genuinely cares about his client. As a practicing lawyer who is involved in litigation as part of my practice, I am critical of lawyers and family law lawyers in particular who sometimes perpetuate conflict instead of looking for solutions and resolution. But Tom does not perpetuate, he solves problems. If you are looking for a honest, skilled, experienced and respected family law lawyer who gets results, avoids sideshows and unnecessary expenses, and works hard so you can resolution and begin the healing process then Tom is your lawyer. I know because he was my lawyer in my divorce where the other side tried to make it contentious and expensive but Tom was steady, measured, practical, credible and prepared in getting my divorce finalized on terms that made sense for my wonderful kids and me. When you hire Tom, listen to him. He knows what he is talking about and how to get things done right. And when it is all done, my bet is you will a similar experience like mine-an outstanding advocate when you are going through perhaps one of the toughest times in your life.

Jeff Doman recently guided me through a difficult divorce. He was very mindful and thoughtful when handling every aspect of the journey. Jeff and his para legal Meredith worked extremely hard to fight for my needs which I will be forever grateful! He was willing to handle my case in a county he’s not typically in and he handled it with grace. Him and his team were always willing to adapt to how the county worked and jumped over every hurdle that was presented to them with grace. "Jeff is smart, witty and to the point" I met Jeff because my attorney at the time brought me to a consultation with him knowing that he could get the job done. So, he was the second attorney I hired on for a custody case with my narcissistic ex husband. When I first spoke with Jeff, I was scared, confused and feeling defeated by a string of unfair hearings in Collin County. I was very nervous to hire a new attorney in the middle of my case, but I am so glad I did. He collaborated with my first attorney and worked diligently with my children’s attorney until the case was closed. He brought my children home where they belong. Jeff came in with a plan that was simple during such a complicated time in my life. He gave me options, but encouraged above all else “always tell the truth and give it time.” He counseled me on things that he didn’t have to, but would help me sleep better at night…ie how to speak to my ex with strict boundaries and not get sucked into his vortex of negativity. Jeff has a calming confidence and is very knowledgeable on the laws of custody in Texas. He is professional, always. He communicated directly with me. No matter how big or small my questions, he always took the time to talk things through with me. After months of representing me and brining my family back together in the end, I miss his advice and having him guide us on a daily basis. I hope I never have to hire an attorney again, but if I do- I have no doubt who it will be.

The team of Curtis, Cindy, Hayley & Laura lee were an awesome team. They made a very difficult process easier and their approach and skills gave us the trust and confidence to successfully maneuver through the legal processes to get the outcome we desired.
