He’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Social Security Disability Law, and he ensures that every client understands the SSA Disability Application process. Mr. Thomas took time to educate and to prepare me for disability appeal hearing on March 4, 2021. On April 28, 2021, I received a favorable rating and I will receiving full SSA Disability Benefits. In addition, Mr. Thomas was gracious enough to collaborate with Bosley and Bratch (VA Disability Attorneys at Law) to assist my Total Disability Individual Unemployable (TDIU) Claim. After being turned down multiple times from other attorneys, I was starting to lose hope. The 1st time I contacted Mr.Brad Thomas, he answered his phone & made time to listen & was responsive & immediately took my case which was a God Send! Although he can become busy at times which was more than ok because his "Right hand man(or woman)"/"Sidekick" that's his personal assistant/Paralegal(Sarah) was WONDERFUL to work with. She worked hard & dug deep for me & to collect all needed information that pertained to my case, including files I either forgot about or couldnt remember the exact names/contact info along side Mr. Thomas. This paralegals name is Sarah & is just so sweet & like Brad, pays attention to everything u need to say& is ALWAYS on call for a client if u need help or have questions for ANYTHING! If you are sick of attorneys telling u what u want to hear & mostly blowing smoke up your backside just to let u down or leave u feeling not too impressed alot of times,give Brad Thomas a call. I will say he is straight forward & direct & will correct u if needed but it's all in corrective criticism to get u on track before your hearing. He isnt rude about it at all but I like that he is stern & knows how to take the wheel for the BEST outcome for his clients. I cannot speak highly enough for this team & was treated w/ compassion, care, consideration & professionalism. When the time came for my Appeal hearing, Brad Thomas pulled through for me & I am FOREVER GRATEFUL & TRULY believe that God placed them in my life when I needed them the most. Brad Thomas, law office is a wonderful team of advocates. After denial after denial after denial and then there was Brad Thomas and his paralegals. I've tried forever to win my case, no prevail.. but by the grace of God this law firm was sent my way. They are very professional, responsive, good values, just awesome. After, unsuccessfully, attempting to file my disability claim myself. Denial after denial, I felt so defeated. I called the Texas Bar Association and they recommended someone who would be my personal fighter and advocate, Mr. Brad Thomas. It was the best phone call I ever made. After reviewing my case, he took my case on almost through the entire process. Although the original case wasn't successful, he found me a National Law Firm who would take the original case from there. But did he give up on me??......NO! He filed a new claim on my behalf. And guess what??....He won it for me! Words cannot express my relief and happiness.
