She represented me in a CPS case in which I felt was unnecessary as I'm already doing very similar services for probation and a family member had made repeated reports. Everytime an investigation was closed they would call again and cps wld come back to do another investigation. She got my case dismissed on the first hearing. I was very surprised by her grace in the court RM, even tho I was skeptical at first. She really surprised the hell outta me. I'm so pleased with her work and I'm glad she was on my side lol

When seeking help in family-related issues you may be emotionally vulnerable. You can trust Shanin to guide you with expertise. She will keep you focused because she tries to be cost-conscious. Shanin is experienced and knowledgeable and will advocate for you. Her fees are reasonable. I can tell you from my own experiences that some attorneys I have encountered do not demonstrate any genuine desire to fight for their clients as they should, or even as thoroughly as they should. Shanin Turner is not one of those types of attorneys. She responds to me in a timely manner, and she explains things to me in easy-to-understand terms. I trust Shanin Turner to represent my best interests in all family-related legal actions and I highly recommend her.

DO NOT USE HIM! Very rude, talks with an ego, if you have a question about his scope of work, and what he covers; he gets defensive and tells you “if you don’t know what we do then we are not a good fit” I even went a step further and tried to explain to him that I’m new to buying a practice and I have no idea about the transaction process that’s why I’m asking him these questions. He states “ yeah, we do 300-400 of these a year we charge 9000$ if you don’t think what we do is worth it then good luck!” Save your self some time and respect, don’t let this guy belittle and disrespect you.

Shanin did a great deal and fought hard for my daughter and I! We couldn't be more happy with the outcome! Unfortunately I had to start the SAPCR filing on my own due to time/monetary restraints. The other party hired an attorney last minute before the first hearing and I basically got bullied out of court representing myself in my daughter's interest. I asked for a fee estimate for document review. $9000, no details. When I asked David for a fee breakdown his reply was: "Jeff, I honestly don’t have any interest in working with you. Best of luck." Which in legal-ese is "shut up and pay me peasant." Impressive ego.
