I've been a dentist for 23 years and have dealt with many, many attorneys. I could spend a lot of time writing about how amazing David Cohen is, and what a thorough attorney he is, but I can best sum it up like this: He is the best I've ever used, and if you have any dental related legal needs, you will find nobody else who will give you the attention that David Cohen will, nor will anyone get the work done as quickly as he will. I am a General Dentist in Connecticut. I am a Cain Watters client and I recently contracted Attorney David Cohen to create an employee " associate dentist" document. I had an excellent experience. My associate has a brother who is an attorney, David worked well with him to during the process. David created a document which works well for both myself and my associate. We were in the midst of a contentious dismissal of one of the partners in a three way partnership. David was referred to us by our planners at Cain Watters Associated to handle the legal aspects of the transaction. David's assistance in making such a painful activity a tolerable event was immeasurably helpful. Upon the first contact, David took the pertinent information and produced the needed documents. He remained in constant contact throughout the proceedings, often writing E-Mails as late as midnight. As the parameters of the deal changed, he would immediately produce new documents to address the new terms of the agreement. Most of this was accomplished during the holiday season when most offices were closed completely. Is spite of the multiple iterations of the deal, David adhered to the very reasonable flat fee, he had quoted for us when we first engaged him. David Cohen is honest, hard-working and responsive and comes with my highest recommendation.
