I have completed two Realestate transactions with Tom as our attorney. The first was the purchase of an office building and the second was the sell of a multi-family asset. In both transactions, Tom proved to be a valuable team member providing great and timely advise. His approach to risk management in both deals we very detailed and knowledgeable.
