Nice experience.very cooperative and helpful.

They take your money and do not answer you when you call or do the job when u get into court. They sign contract for one amount and charge excessively over the eating to drop if you don't pay. They have gotten in trouble by the legal board stay away from them

Initially they seemed great, but as time went on, nothing happened with my wife’s custody modification. They used up a $3500 retainer in less than two months, and didn’t even send the petition until the end of the second month. Our attorney switched 2 different times, without notice, because the previous ones quit. The owner refused to speak with us about anything, and they dropped us because we could not afford the 5000 dollars they wanted in addition to $500 a month that we had been paying since May of 2023. They have essentially bankrupted me and cost me over 15000 dollars across a year and a half. They even had the nerve to send a “thank you” letter after dropping us and charged us for it!

They drag cases on to me more money. They pawn you off to who ever hasn’t quit or the new person on staff. They make excuses a charge for thing they didn’t do. They hav no concept of Time is if the essence and has cost me over $50k so far. They have gave advice that left me homeless and now afoot. For something that should have been completed 6 month ago at the latest. No communication but yet charge as if they talked to you. Absolutely the most unprofessional form I have ever been involved with

I would give these people 0 starts if i had the option. If you are tying to get a lawyer for CHILD CUSTODY DO NOT USE THEM!!! Lisa Kreider did absolutely nothing for me and almost made me loose full custody of my child!!! She DID NOT stand up for me during my hearing and provided LITTLE to NONE of my evidence to the judge. I had to start the whole process over again with a different lawyer that actually knew what they were doing and by the grace of God, I won my case. I wasted over $4000 for NOTHING with this firm.
