The most important thing I’ll say is God Bless Kira Briggs. Ms. Kira was a God sent for my case. I don’t know how the whole magic happened but she got my case dismissed with no probation in Collin county… this is almost not possible with Collin county. Even when the DA offered us Deferred Adjudication or PTD, I cried and explained to Ms. Kira that neither of those 2 offers would work for me and she promised that she would go back to the DA and try talking to them again. She asked me to provide her some documents to take to the DA which I did. Magically, she called me the next day with the great news that after speaking to the Prosecutor, they are willing to dismiss the case. And in less than 1 week, the case was dismissed. She was also willing to hear me everytime I called crying and lamenting. She would assure me that everything would be fine. And eventually, everything came out fine. Ma. Kira Briggs is very professional and helpful.
