From the initial consultation until my case was dismissed, Andrew Peveto and his staff (specifically Katie) were courteous and professional. They were in constant communication and went over every detail. Their price was reasonable and I was able to use a payment plan. Although I hope I never need them again, if I ever need legal assistance, I'm calling them first.

Attorney Joel Vecchio, like his father before him, is by far one of the most highly capable attorneys currently practicing in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. I am highly satisfied with the substantial settlement he was able to obtain from the driver who injured me. I have recommended him to several family members and friends and they have all thanked me and were very satisfied with their settlements. Joel and his team are FANTASTIC!!! They worked on a difficult worker's comp case for me that took a little bit longer than he wanted it to but got the results he wanted in the end that was best for all involved but he was most concerned with getting the best settlement for me which he did. I would HIGHLY recommend, they answered all calls and if happened to not be available, they called you back in a timely manner. Joel even called me on my Thanksgiving vacation to give me an update on my case. Settlement funds were dispersed the same day I signed the settlement agreement but that may not be the case for everyone depending upon how case is handled and funds are provided. That said, would definitely use them again.

I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my case! It began with a severe car accident that left me injured. Last year (July 2022) I was involved in a pretty bad motor vehicle accident and lucky for me I made the choice to seek Mr. Vecchio to represent me against the at-fault driver's insurance company. LET ME TELL YOU ALL ABOUT JOEL VECCHIO!! I was involved in a front end collision June of last year(2019), this was my first EVER accident. I had JUST hit a year with my car the day prior, brand new off the lot. I’m sure you all can imagine how shaken up and distraught I was. It came time to calling the insurances and I found out my insurance had lapsed months back so I technically didn’t have insurance, SO HURT. My emotions were all over the place and I was lost on what to do, I just knew I’d never see my car again. I knew I’d lose the case against this company’s insurance on my own. No insurance, witnesses, camera footage, NOTHING. Days went by and then weeks, I had exhausted all options(so I thought). I heard a radio ad about car wreck attorneys and immediately started googling reputable attorneys and came across Joel. He walked me through every possible step that we’d take and because I was so antsy on getting back my car I was slightly irritated thinking “ugh, he can’t get me my car back now. Why bother”, clearly this was my first time using an attorney 🥴” Long story shorter, not only did Joel manage to get my FULL medical expenses paid.. He got my full $8404 car repairs expenses paid and I still pocketed a little over 7k! IN A MATTER OF MONTHS. I received the call from Joel January, got my car back. Then received my settlement in March. I hired him in JULY, talk about a quick turnaround!! God forbid, but if I EVER find myself needing an attorney again I know exactly where to go!
