MR. PEVETO, Did a great job on my DWI case. It was my first time in trouble with the law, and I blew a .15. Mr. Peveto was instrumental in lowering my case from a class A to a class B mister meaner so I can move to Fl, which was my goal until I got in trouble. I recommend him to anybody.

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!! Mr. Peveto's Law Office's made me feel like an actual person, not a number. Very reasonable fees, very respectable, punctual, listening, and not one to impose judgement or fear. And I say fear because not ever being mixed up the court system before involving another party, some lawyers can be intimidating making you wonder who's side are they really on? Yours? The Prosecutor's? Or is just about the money? I'm new to this whole thing and I wasn't sure what to expect. Set unrealistic expectations for the outcome of my case. Didn’t show up on time and made me feel like I had no option but to take what they gave me or dish out more money. Avoided calls and set things off until the last minute. He’s in it for the money nothing else. Bad experience would not recommend.

Andrew is quick to take the money but EXTREMELY slow/non-existent with the result. He HAS TO BE WRITING his own positive review because there is no way he should be admired for his professionalism. I gave him over 1k to complete expungement HE said I was eligible for on 10/9/19. Literally did not hear from him after multiple emails and texts over the 1st 5 months. After about 6 months he sends 1 text saying my expungement was approved but he was waiting for them to send the paperwork. I waited almost another 2 months i texted him for my paperwork and he text back saying he would look into. He called me back 1 time to say he messed up and didnt realize he couldnt do the expungement due to me having a non-disclosure on a prior case. I called down to the court house and they advise me he missed my the court appearance so it didn’t go through. After numerous texts to him he responds i will look into it when I get back from vacation. Another month or so goes by. He texted me back a one-liner saying he would do my non-disclosure for this case for free since he messed up on the expungement. Basically since 10/2019 I have spoken to him once. I AM FILING A GRIEVANCE with TX bar assoc. AND I still have no paperwork. PLEASE DONT USE HIM!!! He is the worst “professional” and a nightmare to deal with. You’ve been warned, this is not a drill.
