Great lawyers and office!

My name is Zain Atabi I had three felony charges under my name from three different counties in Texas Peter Ganyard stood up for me and fought his best fight for me like he was fighting for a family member anything I needed from him he would help me he got me out of all three charges. Peter always responded to my text messages and phone calls and never made me feel like I was alone it’s because of Peter that I have a second chance to get my life together thank you so much Peter and god bless you and your family I wish you nothing but success and happiness in your career I will never forget what you have done for me and will recommend you to many people in the future

By far the best people in the business. From the beginning, Brian and his team made me feel comfortable and laid out various scenarios of how the process would go. Communication was always on point and you can tell they really about their clients. Kristen is always responsive and quick to contact the other parties representation. Brian made sure we were more than prepared for mediation and trial. Even after my case was finished, they followed up to see how things were going and made sure my needs were met. I had a dear friend who was represented by Shapiro law firm Peter Gaynard he is the best lawyer in Texas I would say. My friend was charged with aggravated robbery with a firearm in Dallas County Court, it was a Class A Felony. From 5-99 years in prison, Mr Peter Ganyard fought real hard every and kept up with the case, did investigations, fought tooth and nail with prosecuters, very good cross examiner and jury found him not guilty. And he is very happy with his results he thanks and recommends him to everyone who has a criminal case, Thank you.

If you are in need of an amazing attorney, Peter Ganyard is the absolute best! I had a probation revocation, and was facing up to 6 years in prison. Peter took my case and worked tirelessly on my behalf. He always kept me updated on the progress in my case, and fought for me every step of the way. His knowledge of the law, combined with his tenacity and sincere desire to help me in one of my lowest points in my life was a Godsend. If you want to throw your case away, hire Brian to defend you. I'm not saying he is a terrible attorney, but the level of negligence is alarming. Communication is seriously lacking. I was in the dark for the 2 years my divorce case was in court and had to do most of the work myself. Good luck dealing with him though.

I explected Howard to be MY attorney, but all he kept telling me is that he didn't want to hear what i had to say about the mother of our grandson with whome we have had joint custody of since 2016 and we raised beginning at birth. Howard kept telling me to let her have full custody and we take the 1st. 3rd and 5th week. i explained to him how much our grandson did not want to be with her but he kept saying he did;nt want to hear what i had to say about anything. Also the judge we were going to see was an attorney from their office. Howard cancelled and changed a couple appointments and one was for us to talk to the judge with our grandson, but he had to go golfing... that was more important than this child. I finally had enough of his negativity towards us that i told him to tell her attorney she can have her money back because all she cares about is herself and money. that same day he called me back and sounded so suprised that she agreed. If you want an attorney to be on your side and listen to you and fight for you, it is not Howard Shapiro.. we are out $11,000. and go nowhere. When we go back, it won't be with this office. Golfing and the other party more important than taking our case and fighting for our grandson.

Great lawyer

Peter Ganyard of the Ganyard Law firm is a fabulous lawyer. He literally saved me and mother from the poor legal advice of the very stereotypically pompous, rude, condescending, arrogant, haughty, patronizing, and ill-informed Todd Shapiro (who I believe is Peter’s assistant, judging by his incredibly rude behavior and lack of knowledge). Thankfully, Mr. Peter Ganyard is not only experienced, but also has the social skills that Todd lacks completely. My mother and I nearly walked out of our initial meeting after being disrespected and insulted repeatedly by the assistant, Todd Shapiro, but Mr. Ganyard was able to win back our trust after kicking his assistant Todd out of the room. He offered us the humility, kindness, understanding, as well as the thorough explanations/guidance, that Todd was too full of himself to provide in a respectful manner. And we are SO glad we hired Mr. Ganyard, not Todd, to represent my case. Working with Todd would have been a nightmare. I would give Mr. Peter Ganyard a full five stars, and I am only deducting one star from this review due to the incredibly unprofessional behavior of Mr. Ganyard’s socially inept, self-important assistant, Todd Shapiro. I personally think Mr. Ganyard should fire his assistant (Todd), and get someone on his level to work with him. Mr. Peter Ganyard single-handed my represented my case, and he did a fantastic job, as he was successful at rightfully proving my innocence in court. Todd — you have a lot to learn from Mr. Ganyard, and you are SO lucky he has not fired you yet. Mr. Ganyard, thank you so much for the stellar representation in spite of your assistant Todd’s flaws. My mother and I are so glad we hired you. YOUR representation was worth every penny! Finally, I want to add that the US legal system is an absolute sham, and proving your innocence should not depend on whether you have the money to hire a lawyer as good as Peter. If you don’t believe me, please read “The New Jim Crow,” by US civil rights lawyer Michelle Alexander. Prisons ARE a profit scheme in the US, and the poor are being exploited. As a history teacher, I sincerely hope we can change this terrible system so that there is one day justice for ALL, not just the rich. I know that Peter Ganyard understands the flaws of the US legal system, as we have discussed this topic at length. I see the honesty in his spirit, and I appreciate that he does not dig his head in the sand when discussing the flaws of the US legal system. Mr. Ganyard is authentic, and he tells it like it is. Mr. Ganyard, I hope you are able to use your position of power within this system to challenge its unfairness. I know you value truth and justice as much as I do. Thank you for being one of the few lawyers in the US I can sincerely vouch for and trust. I plan on spending the rest of my life in Sweden, but if I ever have a friend in legal trouble in the US, I will effusively recommend your services.
