Im a person who likes to know what im paying up front and don’t like any surprises. When I spoke with Josh he was understanding and laid everything out on what I would pay to start and what I would pay monthly which I was perfectly fine with. Two weeks into the case the office manager who is very rude and unprofessional tried to bill me separately and stated she don’t care what me and Josh talked about her time is money and to continue with my case I would need to pay her or she would drop me as a client. Once I asked to speak with Josh she said he would say the same and I’ll be wasting my time. I still wanted to talk with him on where the confusion took place and tried calling the office multiple times to get ahold of him. Only good thing I can say about them is they show their true colors a month in so I really didn’t waste that much money on them instead I went with a different law firm. But to anyone reading this I’ll suggest you keep your money and go to a different law firm that’s more professional and willing to listen to their clients.

They got my address wrong on my divorce decree. I called to have them fix it but was told that the paralegal handling my case wasn't there and the paralegal working now said that she shouldn't have to fix work she didn't do.... I never got to speak with that paralegal. The kind young lady that was helping me out, kept putting me on hold while she relayed the messages between me and the paralegal. I thought that was very unprofessional. The attorney that handled my case was very nice though but I did have a hard time getting someone to call me back. I need someone to contact me to get this resolved but I cant get a hold of anyone other than the young lady answering the phone. I spoke to another attorney and they told me that this was a simple nunc pro tunc and that Carpenter and Associates should have to fix their mistake.. and that I shouldn't have to pay for it... after all, it wasn't my mistake. They do this for a living... they are the professionals..but it really is hard to talk to somebody. I will keep trying though..

After going to several attorneys it was such a relief to find New & Hall. They helped so much with transfer of deed that no one else could do. I recommend this company to anyone. They give so much peace for what ever you are going through.

Attorney Bill Bronson is a Attention to Detail Attorney and has represented Myself and Family and Friends on many different cases for years from Family to Business lawsuits. I would never use another Attorney to represent me without consulting him first.

Peter Hall sat down and explained everything to me in everyday language so I now understand what is the best way moving forward. He is a down to earth person and he will spend as much time as needed.

A straight up nightmare. Before the hearing I talked to David, who seems to be the boss, and to Josh. In court, a young apprentice shows up and they instruct him AT THE DOOR, in two minutes - he was absolutely unaware of the case. The bosses leave, and this guy starts his speech with exactly the opposite of what we discussed. I wanted full custody, and they confirmed we have all chances, MY LAWYER says "we know we cannot get full custody, but can we have SOMETHING temporary?" Later they said they fired him, turned to not be true. Then they stopped responding to my emails and calls. I could disbar them, based on not returning my calls for months and not sending me the papers related to my case. All I received was ever growing bills, which they said was a system error. Absolute disaster. Not a shadow of professionalism. Your own lawyers working against you, this is what you get, when working with these people.

I wish I could give a -5 star. Totally unprofessional. Told my daughter that the total amount to handle her case was $2500...once he got the money, she could never get in touch with him. When she finally talked to someone they were rude and kept billing for work that was never done. When she called the courthouse she was told that he just filed one part if my case. CON-ARTIST!!!

These attorneys have a lot of experience, they know what they are talking about. This firm will get the job done.

If they had negative stars id rate negative 10. Josh will lie to you and steal your money. Promise you everything that sounds good to ignore your calls and charge you for every call and email you make to find out whats going on with your case bc he wont ever keep you updated bc hes never doing any work on your case really!! In 3 days our new attorney has done more than Josh has done in a year, and the new attorneys total cost was less than what Josh charged us for emails. Ridiculous. Malpractice is an understatement, I would ask for my money back but I doubt he even has it to give back. Do not waste your time or money because you will guaranteed lose your money and he won't do anything for you but waste your time and lose your case. Horrible experience. Horrible money hungry fraudulent lawyer that will bill you outrageously for anything he can. Shouldn't even be able to practice law.
