I had the unfortunate experience to be rear ended as part of a 3 car accident involving a work truck for a local ISD. I was injured during this accident and needed someone to look after my interests making sure my medical bills were covered, my car was fixed appropriately, as well as get some relief for the pain and suffering of this whole ordeal. I was referred to David Ray by the chiropractor I was seeing and I was overjoyed at his level of honesty, professionalism, knowledge of the insurance industry, and overall performance throughout the resolution of my case. David referred me to an ortho doctor he uses and I was able to get treated for my injuries without having to pay anything out of my pocket. After treatment, he stayed in touch with me throughout the resolution process. In the end, all my medical bills were paid, and I ended up with satisfactory relief for the incident. I've had lots of experience with attorneys and I must say that it was extremely refreshing to deal with a lawyer of his caliber. He is definitely not your typical shyster or ambulance chasing attorney. I would highly recommend his services to anyone and I will certainly come back if the need ever arises.

Mr. Ray was simply the best representation I could ask for. My case was a HIPAA violation case in which a nurse from a local physician's office was accessing my medical record to give her husband information regarding my medical condition. Did I mention her husband worked for me AND I had never been to the physician she worked for? She was obtaining information on my condition through access to the local hospital's electronic medical record. David was promptly at my service. The communication from him and his staff was top notch. It just seemed as if he had all the answers. Before I knew it my case was resolved to my complete satisfaction. This man work hard and diligently for ME. Some people think lawyers are bad people and commercials can portray them that way.
