It was slow at first and then started the communication process. Yes, every phone call, email, thru them is charged for. I also believe that without them I would not have won my case. Thanks Mr. Hampton and K.

If you like to get ripped off and give your money away then choose these idiots. Came for a probate lawyer and got a tax attorney. Pointless emails to run up your bill then charge you to protest the bill. Let me also add that I did not personally use them. A family member did so if you want to keep one of your family members from one big headache find a flat fee lawyer and save yourself the trouble

It was moving slow at first, but once Mr. Hampton and Mrs. Rabson took over they were able to get my issues taken care of quickly for me and it is greatly appreciated. Previous attorneys were not handling this matter and these two together made it a quick and painless process. Thank you both so much for providing closure to both me and my family. I would give more stars if I could.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The “Lawyer” I spoke with was so incredibly RUDE! Yelled at me and basically said I was stupid and when I tried to explain I couldn’t afford a attorney at the time as I was leaving a abusive relationship he yelled at me to “FIGURE IT OUT” just money hungry nasty people who don’t care about the well being of others!

Lawyers are not cheap. But Megan and Kerri helped me feel like I got my money's worth.

WOW what an experience the receptionist Christina was amazing soft spoken and always cheerful and professional. And i have had bad experiences in the past dealing with lawyers but i must say i received a consultation with Ray and he was amazing and super informative and never talked to an more honest and knowledgeable person. He listen to all my questions and answered as well as calculated everything for me. He didn't make any promises but provided nothing but knowledge for me. I will def recommend them for anyone that wants people that work and fight for everyone and anyone.

Bill did an exceptional job with my Innocent Spouse Relief with the IRS. I owed $73k to the IRS unfairly and Bill helped me clear my name. Hang in there, however...it's a long federal process!

Do NOT use this “law firm” at all. They will ask for a retainer, use your funds and do absolutely NOTHING! Beware of Josh Carpenter and his “sales team” and hire them at your risk! My elderly mother, used their services so I CAN speak on behalf of her. You took her retainer and as I said in the above, your “firm” did absolutely NOTHING. Also, please take note of this “law firm” responses of the critiques they post. That should tell you: Do NOT contact them.

Calls and emails went unanswered and our attorney didn't even show up for our court date. Let me rephrase showed up 2 hours later, in jeans, and in a plaid shirt. I am astounded at this firm. Had a meeting and they reiterated that we didn't need to stress and that their communication would improve and they failed us, our family, and our case. Lawyers are certain cases are costly, I understand, but if we're already financially struggling for a win, why would you not choose to fight alongside us for what's ultimately right. Wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Look elsewhere for your legal needs. They made a costly procedural error in my case that cost me $5000+ and wouldn’t own up to it. Then they lied about having filed an appeal. Not only is Carpenter unethical but completely incompetent. I’m out thousands because of them. Not certain but I have a suspicion they were communicating with opposing counsel to bilk money from both me and the other litigant. Good riddance Carpenter.
