I had a terrible wreck with terrible injuries and Bailey & Galyan got my case settled for me. My hospital bill was taken care of and a got a pretty good check for myself. They were always there for me explaining the next step and advising on how to handle things. They stuck by me for four years and always kept me updated on the process and how case was going. I strongly recommend this law firm for they are a stable, large firm. But still treat their clients as if they know them. They fought hard for me and got what I needed and they will for you too. I know.

I had the pleasure of working with Gene Leposki. Gene handled my case with composure and respect. He was calm, consistent, and efficient when addressing my many, many concerns while working on my behalf to negotiate custody of my young son. My divorce proceedings extended over a duration of a year, and Gene was very patient with me during my moments of panic and anger(as many people have during divorce). Gene and his staff were instrumental in encouraging me to have a positive attitude and focus on solutions rather than the problems between myself and my spouse. I heavily appreciate that Gene always sought for both parties to move forward peacefully and respectfully in regards to conservatorship of our young son. I would highly recommend Gene Leposki to anyone with young children. My former spouse is active duty Navy, and due to Gene’s own service and education in military law, we were able to come to final agreements that were fair for both parties.
