I had a great experience with Brian and his staff, especially Kristen. They were professional, responsive and sensitive to my circumstances. They made things easy for me and got my through a difficult time expeditiously! I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend Brian and his staff.

I can NOT say enough about this firm!! It took two very long and very stressful years to get my matter complete. Brian continued throughout to work diligently and forcefully so that we were victorious! His staff, Kristen and Gwen, were wonderful! Kristen held my hand almost daily and kept me calm, explaining clearly each step. Gwen was always spot on when I needed to speak with either Brian or Kristen. THIS FIRM!!! I recommend them HIGHLY!!!!!!!!!

This office is a top-notch law firm. My issues were handled efficiently and skillfully to my satisfaction. If Kristen can respond to emails and phones calls in a timely manner then it wouldn't make Brian look incompetent. Procrastination when it comes to getting paper work filed and sent over to opposing party. It's very frustrating when you're ready to get your divorce finaled. Kristen is either sick most of the time or whatever excuse Gwen has to use for her. Please respond back to emails etc and add another paralegal to your law firm whose compassionate and enjoys getting things resolved in a timely manner. Other than that Brian is a great attorney. COMMUNICATION is needed and a must.

All talk, no action. I waited 11 months for something to be done on a modification of custody and he didn’t do anything and would blame it on anyone but his office. There’s no excuses for not communicating, there’s no excuses for how my case was ignored. If Brian had a full case load he shouldn’t have accepted the case when I was in dire need of doing something that was time sensitive when CPS was involved. He wasted my time. Had I known that he didn’t actually care about my situation, I would’ve gone elsewhere but he has a way of words to make you feel like your situation is important and that he can help. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone unless you have over a year to wait on anything being done. You’ll spend more time speaking to his receptionist than anyone else, very rarely I spoke to Brian after I gave him the deposit. Alas, he puts on a good show. That’s about it.

Terrible in communication and replying back with emails. Talking big and no action not good with advising and following up with opposing party’s lawyer. Had to hire a different attorney

I wish I could leave more. Brian is a great guy to talk to on the phone, but really no action to back it up. I had (4) calls scheduled by Gwen that he never made. In a couple of cases the was not even a call from the firm to inform me of the projected phone call would not be made. Even my wife's attorney had to reach out to her to say he could not get a hold of him. I just plain lost $2500 on this deal. The 15th ST will be informed.

I was diagnosed with cancer in April of 2021 when I was still employed. When all of my disability benefits from my job were about out, and I still wasn't 100%, I knew I'm going to have to make sure that my family gets something while I'm going through all this as it is difficult for me to get around, my stamina and endurance is not the same plus limitations from the tumor removal and total knee replacement on my leg.
