I highly recommend The Edgett Law Firm. Scott Edgett is top tier! I hired Scott to represent me in a civil case. An ex-girlfriend made false allegations in an attempt to gain money from me. Scott listened to my story and expressed empathy. Scott showed up to court prepared and argued my case perfectly! We won! I can now place this matter behind me and get back to my normal life. I owe it all to Scott and his great legal team.

Our case was not easy with 3 felony. Scott was on it from day one and quite honestly, he restored my trust in judicial system. He is the answer to a lot of prayers from people who got charged falsely or just wrong time wrong place. May God bless him and his family.

I was looking for a lawyer that can help a loved one out with an ongoing case of reckless driving. We were very disappointed with the previous attorney that we had and were desperately looking for a new attorney that would actually work for us. The previous attorney had told us that the best deal he could get us was a Class B misdemeanor with PTD or Class C misdemeanor with conviction. We got lucky enough to come across the Edgett Law Firm. After talking to Scott for the initial consultation, he told me that he would try to get dismissal from a Class B misdemeanor. He even assured me that he would try everything in his power to fight the case. And he was right, he got us a dismissal within less than a month. Throughout the time he was very attentive and would regularly follow up with us and inform us about what was going on. He explained everything to us very nicely and would answer all our questions. He was very easy to reach out to and needless to say he is one of the nicest attorneys that I’ve come across. I am truly grateful to Mr. Scott and his team for their great work.

I ran into a very difficult time in Plano and ended facing a felony charge and almost lost my wife to the circumstances and almost lost our kids to CPS. Long story short, I put myself in a completely horrible predicament and I was scared I would never recover from it. I didn't know what to do and CPS and DA were moving FAST against me. Going through this really tested me as a husbamd who swore to take care of his wife and our children. And if it weren't for Scott, I would be alone, a felon in jail and in endless debt. Scott handled a few of my cases and successfully took care of all my legal issues for a fair price and outstanding performance. One court appearance Scott was feeling under the weather and still showed up for me in every way he possibly could. I would highly recommend Scott Edgett for any legal issues!

Scott and his firm helped me with two critical issues. The first was fairly complicated and required a lot of leg work, but Scott pushed for a fair and just process and stood his ground when there were difficult hurdles such as evidence tampering. The end result couldn't have been better; probation was reinstated and I was able to move forward. Then, a few months later, Scott helped with something that couldn't have been more important - reuniting with a daughter I hadn't seen in 7 years. He pushed a motion through and got action with a week to spare before Christmas. It was the best holiday I'd had in almost a decade thanks to Scott's dedicated work. I couldn't be happier right now.

Scott and his team are very responsive, committed and engaged. We first went with the Public Defender assigned to our son and he did very little in the 6 months he was the assigned attorney. The outcome with the Public Defender would have been terrible. Once we hired Scott, he jumped in immediately and had a comprehensive plan with a solid strategy. The whole team there is topnotch !
