Mr. Todd and his staff were so helpful and supportive throughout my husband's process. I don't know what we would have done without them.

Screening process alone is already shady, i can tell that they are choosing the clients they want represent, they’re typical lawyers who are after what they can get or how much from a potential client but not because they want to help people with disability. (Let’s be clear of that) I wouldn’t recommend them because there is already lack of sincerity from the start. This person doing the screening wanted to get all the personal information first and then asked questions as to what the situation is and said the answers to those questions will determine if they will accept to move forward or not. I told him, I don’t feel comfortable giving out all of our personal information then will get turn down after, I asked if we can go through whatever questions he may on his checklist first, sure enough he told me they don’t represent anyone under 18 years of age after I have discussed what was going on which is very surprising to me because when I sent my inquiry I specifically said I’m looking for someone to represent my child who is 12 years old. Then and there alone they should already responded to me that they cannot do it because she’s under 18 but they kept calling me and when I finally answered, this intake person wanted all my child detailed demographics and when I said I want to answer whatever questions he has first because I don’t want to share all those information and then get turn down. So he basically asked what the situation is and when I answered he then proceeded to tell me they don’t represent anyone who is under 18. Like I mentioned he could’ve save both of us time if he had just told me that the very first time when I initially mentioned right away it’s for my daughter who is 12 years old! That’s why I said they’re shady. It’s always about the money not helping people like what you’re advertising.

WOW. What can you say. All of the attorneys and employees at Coats and Todd are fantastic. Mr. Coats represented me and my case with Fantastic results. After all of his (and his staffs) hard work, my disability case was approved and I started to receive my monthly payments as well as the back pay. If ANYONE need help with their case, go no further. The law firm went over and beyond handling my case. Catherine was the partner that handled my case. Very professional and nice and will explain what is going to happen during the hearing and after. This wonderful team of professionals knew exactly how to handle my case, and did it as quickly as possible. Called at 3:00 and was told their systems were down would it be ok to call back in about 1 hour, 3 days later still no callback, if you cant even get a initial callback right then how can you trust these people to represent you? Flag if you wish I will repost it, this is a much deserved review, talk to your call reps if you need more information. Maybe you can use your lawsuit skills to sue me for all im worth for posting an honest review!
