Number 1 fan of Brandon/Shawna over at Rasley Law Group! I can NOT express or ever repay Rasely Law Group for their service and getting my two daughters custody arrangement finalized. Hiring them was the best decision I've made in many years and I encourage everyone looking for a family lawyer to book with Rasely Group. You will not be dissapointed, I've attached a photo of me moments after a hearing after going with Rasley group. Minor embarrassment I'm willing to share to point others to how great of work they do!

I would not recommend this firm at all. I’m a disabled veteran with severe arthritis. I asked Coats and Todd to help me get social security disability income. The case worker in charge of my case was Anna. I had up to December last year to turn in an application. After December I could no longer submit an application. I gave Anna my medical documentation. She gave them to attorney and they were supposed to work on my case. Come close to the December deadline, I called Coats and Todd to see what the status was with submitting my application as I have not heard from them in over a month. Anna told me that the attorney was not going to accept working on my case because they believe at Coats and Todd that Social security disability income is only for those who can’t work. This is far from the truth. If what they said was true, the SSA would not pay out a maximum of $1500 to recipients who are working while at the same time receiving SSDI. So to recap Coats and Todd blatantly lied to me about SSDI and they were waiting for the December deadline to expire before ever contacting me. If you’re a veteran or anyone who is looking for advocacy for SSI or SSDI, look elsewhere. You want honest trustworthy people working your case. Stay away from Coats and Todd.

I'm not the smartest guy but one of the smartest things I ever did was hire Brandon. After having another law firm totally screw up my custody case with my son, i Hired Brandon and his professionalism, expertese, there was never any question that he was on top of everything at all times. And I went from a totally screwed situation to actually coming out on top and it's because of Brandon and his guidance. I would recommend them to everyone who has filed for disability. They are very quick to respond to your questions and any/all requests from social security. I was represented with them and received my award immediately after the final decision and court date.

Reached out with no response. Have a case that's dire need and I have all info..easy in my eyes. Next is a hearing. It's been 2 yrs. My Attorneys are out of town as well but referred by but a no go I guess!!

If you are looking for disability attorneys I recommend Coats&Todd. I was denied disability but my attorneys at Coats &Todd did not give up. They filed an appeal. I was very happy with the legal services that the Rasley Law Group provided (Brandon) for my recent divorce. I needed some assistance in reviewing/amending a divorce agreement and I was a little uncertain of what to expect as I had never required legal representation in the past however, from the first consultation a foundation of trust was built as Brandon drilled down to my exact legal needs and didn't try to solicit unnecessary services/fees. We settled on a limited scope representation and his ability and unlimited patience to help me fully understand the legalese on things like deeds of trust, special warranty, QDRO was critical to help me navigate the process. His partnership and counsel in authoring and amending the agreement achieved a more equitable outcome. I also appreciated his timeliness, follow through and his tenacity in making progress with my ex-wife's less-responsive attorney. He delivered everything one would expect from attorney at a small firm that puts their clients first and I wouldn't hesitate to rely upon him again in the future for other legal counsel.
