After a frustrating denial I contacted Coats and Todd. I worked with Kitri and Katie from beginning to end. They handled my case with expertise and efficiency. They handled me and the furry of questions I bombarded them with on a daily basis with kid gloves while dealing with my frustrations with kindness and empathy. They made me feel like I was the only client they had and all attention was focused on my case. Without their expertise and patience I would have been a ball of stress. My attorney Jason was wonderful. He walked me through each detail of what was expected at the hearing. He was professional but personable and made me feel at ease before, during and after the hearing. He answered every question I could ask. Tony, the person handling the financial side as well as Medicare is exceptional. He explains things to me in laymen terms, making it easy to understand what is going on. His attention to detail is explicit and I felt I could trust him with everything. This firm has made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. I instantly felt that I could trust them; I never had any issues with the entire process. I can't begin to thank Catherine Coats and her outstanding staff. This journey began over two years ago. I've worked everyday since I was 16 years old. Three years ago I had a life altering accident. Not only did I break my back and crush my shoulder, I've experienced extreme stress ,anxiety and depression by not being able to work and support my family. These days it is extremely difficult to get an approval from the social security administration unless its an absolute necessity. I am proud to say Coats and Todd and the entire staff are most definitely top notched. They are understanding compassionate and most of all care about their clients. These two are rude, condescending, and do not live up to their advertising! When I spoke to Catherine Coats on the phone she was unfriending, talked down to me, and gave me misleading, untrue information. I went to another attorney and was very pleased with them. I would not recommend Coats and Todd.

I worked with Brandon for a Divorce with children. He was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. If he didn't answer his phone he was very prompt by email. Brandon was knowledgeable, thorough, but also economical. I would highly recommend Mr. Rasley.
