They were the only ones able to handle the federal level with my disability case. When that fell through they managed to find the SSI side of my case and push that through to get me accepted for SSI. But even if that didn't work, they set me up to try again with themselves handling the SSI. They took care of everything they could, even filling out paperwork since I'm not able to write well anymore. All and all they made the process easy, explained what they could for me to make educated decisions on how I wanted my case to go forward. I appreciate the work they did for me, since I had been trying myself for many years, and once they got ahold it got done a bit faster.
