I approached the Babar Law Firm based on extensive online search and decided on The Babar Law Firm after carefully reviewing multiple other law firms. It was the best decision I took. The Babar Law Firm provided guidance and full disclosure up front when we approached them after three of my family members were seriously injured in a road accident involving a speeding vehicle jumping the red light. It was a very traumatic and stressful period for us. Jared Mullowney along with Michele Buenfil, Andrew Strong and Roxann Knapp formed a formidable legal team to pursue our case in the best professional way. The Babar Law Firm kept us informed at each step of the process and never over-promised or tried to do a “sales job”. The approach of the firm was to put our needs ahead of everything else in terms of getting medical and rehabilitation support for the injured family members. The at-fault motorist was neither cooperative nor had adequate coverage. The team at Babar Law Firm handled the situation very professionally bringing their decades of experience to fight and prevail. On top of the legal aspects, The Babar Law Firm also contacted and negotiated with various hospitals and medical service providers to manage the medical bills. In the end not only all our medical bills were covered but the injured family members were also reasonably compensated for the pain and suffering. While our lives have been permanently affected by the trauma, it is also enriched by knowing that there are indeed such professional law firms around that will stand with you and for you if you have been wronged for no fault of yours.

Not only was I updated the entire process. The team would answer all my repeating questions when I did not recall the previous information between time periods of updates. They did everything and more to help me during this difficult time I was experiencing.

Rehabilitation was winding down and insurance company would no longer pay for services, but I still needed physical therapy. Mr. Barber found about the situation and found solution working with Doctors to complete the additional physical therapy I needed. He went above and beyond for this client, which I am grateful for and would highly recommend his services, because he cares about his clients and handled the settlement quickly.

It was a long process, but they were extremely diligent in keeping up with all of the moving parts, and keeping me in the loop on where we were in progress. Collecting bills for my medical expenses took a long time (due to difficulties with the other companies) but they continued trying well past the time I would have expected. Everyone who's talked to me has been really kind, and willing to explain anything if I didn't understand.

Most of my communications were with Lori and she did a great job keeping me updated and informed enough for me to make educated decisions regarding my case! I initially thought I he process was going to be stressful but the help from the team made the process very easy.

I highly appreciated the whole Barber law firm crew for their care , professionalism and the patience in diligently working ion my case through COVID restrictions and all! From the Assistant Victor Who always answered the phone with care , to Legal Assistant Ms Lori to My Attorney Mr. Jared everyone was amazing in fighting for me til the end until I got my medical bills paid and compensated for my injuries etc. I am truly grateful.
