Leu & Pierce did a great job updating our estate plans. Attorney Lauren Olson studied our family situation, briefed us on a wide variety of future possibilities, and advised us on estate plan decisions. She answered all of our questions instantly, without having to consult any reference or web site. Loren's first document drafts were virtually letter perfect. She did a masterful job of precisely tailoring the plans to fit us and specify our wishes. It was a pleasure to work with her because she is just as caring and understanding as she is efficient.
Other staff were friendly and helpful in transmitting drafts, making appointments, and delivering documents.
We highly recommend Leu & Pierce and have advised our executors, agents, and heirs to consult them when the time comes to implement our plans.

Service, service, service. Lori Leu and her team are outstanding at what they do! We had no clue on what to expect with regards to getting my wife's parents approved for Medicaid. Lori Leu is an exceptional lawyer but an even more exceptional person. Her level of compassion and understanding is paramount. The process of dealing with such a sensitive matter is high but Leu and Peirce PLLC make sure that you are knowledgeable about things that are necessary to get the job done. Always willing to listen and guide...this is the only firm you need to consider.

We have used Lori Leu and her firm for nearly 3 years when my father's health started to decline and we had to navigate Texas Medicaid from out of state. Lori and her team have been invaluable in getting through the filings and taking care of all the legal documents we needed as my dad's health began to fail. Even after my father's death, she continued to fight for benefits that were due and won. I would recommend Lori to anyone, especially someone out of state trying to help their parents in Texas.

I have worked with Leu and Peirce several times over the past 6 years and my experience has been excellent. They took the time to listen to my questions, hear my concerns and take care of what I needed in a caring way. You can tell they love what they do because they show how interested they are in you and your needs on a personal level. The entire staff is that way. From the minute you walk in the door you know you are in the right place.

Lori Leu is an excellent lawyer who specializes in Elder Law. My husband and I have turned to her to assist us in preparing and most recently, updating, our wills. Not only is she a thorough lawyer but also an incredibly patient and caring individual. Having known her for many years, I highly recommend her for your legal needs.

Do NOT use this law firm! My girlfriend's mother attempted to change a will that was created a few months earlier by Leu because of the actions of her son and daughter in law, ( both beneficiaries of the will ). Won't
go into all the details here but she had good reason to exclude the daughter in law from will.
Leu refused to change the will and upon the mother leaving the law office called the daughter in law and told her that the mother had come in and was trying to change the will! After sending the mother on her way without helping her , Leu was still happy to collect her $ 200 fee!
This is a terrible attorney!

If you value “attorney-client privilege” then do NOT use Leu as your attorney. My mother was her CLIENT & 5 months after Leu made an initial Will for my mother, she wanted to make changes. Leu REFUSED to change my mother’s OWN WILL! After disallowing/refusing any changes to be made by my mother (the client) Ms Leu asked my mother to leave (but made certain mom paid for the visit which Leu shirked her responsibilities as my mother’s attorney) Ms Leu then immediately phoned my brother & sister-in-law (mom’s son & daughter-in-law) telling them my mom just left her office & tried to change HER OWN WILL! My brother, older sister & myself are all BENEFICIARIES, NOT clients! My brother then verbally castigated my mother, which is unacceptable! Since that meeting my mother fired Ms Leu & went to an attorney which created a new will, replacing & invalidating the old will. My mother’s new attorney ONLY speaks to my mother (he has had NO communication with any of US; MOTHERS 3 children, as it should be. Mom is client & their conversations are protected by lawyer/client privilege) No children should be in room with mom dictating a mother’s will, it should ONLY be the lawyer & client, PERIOD! This entire process with Ms Leu (allowing my brother & sister-in-law to dictate my MOTHERS WILL, then Debar my mom wishing to make changes to her OWN will & lastly call & “tell” on my mother’s desire to change her own will to a beneficiary) is greatly disturbing on many levels & has generated a grievance filed with the Bar against Ms Leu’s nefarious practice. The Bar is actively looking into Ms Leu’s conduct & appears there will be consequences for her multifaceted violations. Will update....
State of Texas has looked into this matter, it is scheduled for court April 11, 2019.
Will update....
