I had to two H1B denials in 2028/ 2019 and Princy reviewed my files thoroughly and Worked on my New H1B application and it got approved. I was not expecting it at all. She did not hurry up things and filed for the sake of it. She made sure that all my documentation is 100% so there is no reason for any RFEs.

First of all she doesn’t rush you like most attorneys do and tries to understand the case on first interation and you will get all the requirement catalogfor the case at once. You don’t need to worry about something is missing, if you meet that requirement catalog. Trust her and she will take care of you. I did recommend her to many and I always will keep doing that.

Hired - The company I worked for had hired Princy and I have worked with her since 2013 and she has been nothing short of exceptional. She was responsible for filing for my H1b visa and eventually, my green card application. Positives - Outstandingly knowledgeable in her field and ever so prompt with her responses. Princy worked on my H1B visa . Before and after the visa petition was filed , there were a lot of changes that were happening at my end- eg switching jobs, planning to switch to student visa etc. Princy was always approachable . She even answered my phone calls/ mails/messages after hours. Princy guided me on how to plan the move/switch if I have to without jeopardizing my visa. Her suggestions are valuable. Had only two days to respond a motion to reconsider for my STEM extension and Princy was quick to prepare that, within hours while others refused to respond in a short time. The motion was successful against many odds. Her fee was reasonable and flexible. She was a huge support during an extreme crisis period for me.
