When I met Ms. Davis, I was under a great deal of pressure, and was totally stressed out. She was sympathetic and kind, but most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and confident. I was particularly impressed by her genuine honesty during our initial consultation. Unlike many other lawyers I interviewed, Ms. Davis did not use the scary tactics which is a common practice of some lawyers in order to intimidate the clients to hire them. After I hired her, she was on top of everything just like how she promised, she was there for me every step of the way until my case was dismissed by the DA. I couldn't have hoped for a better result than that.

Had a terrifying serious legal situation arise, and I needed strict competency, not false hope. One attorney we interviewed actually told me to plead guilty and start making reparations, even though I am innocent!! What kind of defense is that? What a terrifying bit of advice. I’ll never forget my sleepless nights, being wrongly accused, terrified and feeling completely helpless. How strange that something so dark can help us find the right voice, an advocate, and a champion! Quite simply: we need more people like Casey Davis in the judicial system in every state in this great nation.

Casey is so great with clients! She will take the time to meet with you and keep in close contact with you to be sure you always know exactly what is going on with your case. She is always so friendly and explains even the confusing legal terms in a way that I can understand! Casey always took the time to get to know me and we keep in contact even now. Casey provided great advice on how to navigate through the legal system. As a former Prosecutor, she was able to let us know what the process is on the prosecution side. I believe having both knowledge of the defense side and the prosecution legal system got our case dismissed. The advice she gave on creating a packet for the grand jury helped our case and got it dismissed. I highly recommend hiring Casey for her work and advice.
