Yes he was asked to step in and finish a simple pending family estate. From the beginning nothing went the way he said it would. Then very simply he stopped returning all my calls and emails. I will never recommend him to anyone!!

I would NEVER recommend hiring Jeff Yates. Hired Jeff Yates for probate to correct what former attorneys messed up with malpractice. He claimed he would finish the estate properly then refused to return my calls and emails until I asked the Judge for help getting him to do anything regarding the estate. He wormed away by withdrawing, wormy Judge allowed it without any discipline leaving a bigger mess. Very costly mistake hiring Jeffrey Yates.

Was referred to this Attorney ! He and another attorney I feel hurt my case and would not correct the issues that were presented to them! One major issue is they Signed and Order that they never should of signed as they didnt have our authority as well would'nt correct the Order they signed ! Lots more to this case

This was a fantastic experience. I spoke with Jeff Yates and he was able to answer all my questions. I know that later on I will need to hire an attorney but this session was helpful guidance and my family can relax for now.

Jeff helped out tremendously narrow down the problem I was having with advice I could live with. Mostly his listening skills without interrupting me so I could get to the point quicker. Also answered the phone within 2 minutes when I really thought the call would be in 15-20 minutes. Our last encounter involved drafting a contract that required very specific wording that was unique to our situation. He was accessible, responsive and thorough through the entire process. His attentiveness and expertise were definitely appreciated in seeing the matter through to completion with maximum efficacy. And best of all, Jeff is a man of integrity - a person that I trust and recommend without reservation.

Jeff helped us update our Living Trust, Wills, Medical Power of Attorney docs originated years before in another state, recommending the necessary changes to align them with Texas law and to update our particulars. He and his staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs and answered our many questions with straight talk and real-life experiences so our decisions were well informed. He was timely in his responses to email, in one instance providing answers to three questions within an hour. Wow! Jeff is our Estate Planning attorney and I'd highly recommend him.
