I don't usually do reviews, but i think when it comes down to something so important as hiring a lawyer one needs to be done. Most of the time when we are in need of one is for something very important life changing Events. We put our fate and lives first of all in the hands of God then in the hands of our attorneys. And it's up to them their knowledge dedication work ethic and perseverance. Which direction our lives will head. Unfortunately i have been exposed to the legal systems several times in the past. Without a good attorney. I have to Say ive learned the hard way. How to be more detail and less naive when hiring one. All this to say i am truly happy with the way this lawfirm has managed my case. Ive seen very few bad reviews on this firm and the few i saw was related to money. In which I have to disagree this firm completely did their research on my case before even charging me a dime. What most people don't understand is being a lawyer takes alot of time and is not a cheap career. I've experienced some of the worst lawyers (not cheap either)and now to have the porter group Attorney Erin representing us, is definitely a relief. What people dont understand is the legal system is super expensive so if they charge you 50. Is like 5 dollars in the legal system and if they charge you 300 is like 30. So think what would you expect for those amounts. And don't expect peoples years of research and knowledge to come for free. What you can expect from this law firm attorney( Erin )is honesty perseverance genuine concern for your case and she does her homework. She is very attentive. I believed because of the pandemic she was not going visit my husband to which i have been pleasingly surprised. She always lets me know when something changes and what outcome to expect. You can truly tell she enjoys helping people. Therefore i feel safe doing this review without our case being completed. The attorney fee's are realistic and affordable and they offer a payment plans for those in need. Praying to never need them again, but definitely trust worthy attorneys, which is hard to find now days. Thanks for all you.

During my first encounter with Mrs Porter, I never have a doubt that she was a godsent to help me succefully go through my ASYLUM procedure. Her team and herself availability, compassion,.. and specially devotion are from another level. The fact that i live in Washington DC was never an obstacle or a problem during all my asylum process that I will mention was a defensive asylum case. I can say without any doubt that she took her job to a humanitarian level. She travelled in the mist of covid-19 crisis putting herself at risk just to represent me when she had all the legal reason not to do so or she could have just come up with a legal excuse. Just to keep showing how devoted and compassionate she is, her multilingualism not only allow me to submit my application on time after I get dupe by a translator who did a worst translation of my document, but also she was making sure that the court interpreter was putting the right word at the right place. There is so much more to said about her and her team. I would have put 100 stars if possible. Porter Legal Group is the best. Whether it is AFFIRMATIVE or DEFENSIVE Asylum case, and no matter where is you location in the US, I am RECOMMENDING Porter Legal Group.

The attorney Anna, helped me with an in office consultation. We agreed that I would pay a set fee for her services. When I got the money together to pay her, I called her office and they wanted to charge me a $50 consultation fee just to speak to her. I told the woman at the front desk that I was just trying to make a payment and I wanted to speak with her so after two attempts they put me through to her on the phone. I asked Anna one simple question before making my payment and she told me in order to answer that one question I would need to schedule a second consultation and pay the $50 fee. I just hung up. Clearly this law firm was just in it for the money and not to help my husband that was facing deportation.
