I called this practice to schedule a remote consultation, provided all the information requested for and waited for the scheduled meeting. The call came in I missed it and called back immediately, everything just went downhill from there, immediately I mentioned my nationality I was put on hold for over 20mins, Anna dropped the call and refused to call back and told me she was about to call back, I said okay. During the conversation I was put on hold again even after providing all the necessary information ahead of time, mind you this is a direct line to actual people. My personal experience Anna was not pleasant one, I felt disrespected, I made a complaint and she said sorry you feel that way and went on mute. Expected more from a legal practitioner, even if I had an out of pocket expense I won’t be spending it here. Beware if your consultation is a referral.
