This company is threatening and strong arming our business to pay debts we never incurred and are unable to show support to us on when our how we supposedly obtained these debts. I was really surprised to see this is an actual company and not an email scam. Their BBB rating is an "F"!

This company cold called our company to offer collection services ~ I don't care how far behind a client is, they do not deserve to be treated as rudely as I was treated on the phone. If a representative cannot be civil to a potential client, how badly do they treat the people who owe money? Upon calling the company back to complain, I was transferred several times to voice mail when I requested to hold for a live person. The original rep then called me back insisting my boss lied to me that he requested her to call him, and refused to take our number off the call list and raised her voice with me. Not getting our business! Enough said....

STAY AWAY! This company is crazy! We hired them to collect a debt and they were never able to recover anything so then they turned on us! They have continuously harassed us with numerous phone calls and threats. We have continuously asked them to never call us again and after over a year later they are still calling our office. They are so rude and try and argue with you when you tell them to stop calling and that you are not interested in their services. I have had several people from this company curse at my employees. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!

This company is absolutely crazy. They call and insult you and think they are going to get business. My company doesn't extend credit in any way possible but they just keep going. If they didn't waste so much time talking to me they would probably get a deal here or there. Its a numbers game idiots not a berate the lead until they give you something game.

STAY AWAY! - These guys called my company and were not only rude, they actually threatened me. The crazy part is I have never done business with them and don't even know who these people are. I think they are some kind of collection company. Whatever they are, they are bad news!

Got a very strange phone call from this company saying how they could help us collect on debts. After listening to his very strong sales pitch and asking him several questions he eventually just hung up on us.

Tucker Albin & Associates recovered over $18,000 that we were unable to in house. They also listened to and respected how we wanted to approach this particular client. I highly recommend Tucker Albin if you're having any troubles getting money you're owed quickly. STAY AWAY. This is the absolutely worst company our business has ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, rude, does not have your best interest in mind, and goes behind your back. They went behind our back to come up with a deal where we get 1/10 of the money we were seeking when we specifically told them that we were not satisfied with this. Harassed our employees, called non stop, and did the exact opposite of what we told them. STAY AWAY. Logan Graff (VP) is terrible and a liar. Currently filing charges against Tucker Albin.

Stay away and don't sign anything. This organization misrepresents themselfs.

If I could give a score of less than zero I would! This company is dishonest, and unprofessional. They try to trick you into a bogus agreement through alot of fast talking, harrassment, profanity, and lie after lie. They call and call and call without ever representing themselves honestly. I have had the same guy call our office and use about 4 different names. Come on. we all know you are the same person. I've read many people post the same problem. This business incredibly is trying make your business their customer! They hang up on you, threaten you, lie about you. Can you imagine running your business in this manner? You would be out of business. My business grows by my customer satisfaction. Tucker Albin, you and your threatening tactics are disgusting! I highlty suggest you do your research before ever thinking about using this company for collection services. They have an F BBB rating for good reason.
