I first reached out to the Law Office of Andrew Gore by phone, leaving a voicemail explaining why I was reaching out and then the following morning, I received a return phone call from Ryan Floyd asking for further information in order to determine how their firm could be of assistance. I had left other voicemails for other local law firms, but Andrew Gore’s office was one of the only few that even returned my call. I had reached out regarding a real estate matter and throughout the process, both Andrew and Ryan, made sure to gather all needed information and necessary documentation to fully understand my situation and assess the best possible solutions. Andrew ultimately determined that the contract was written completely in favor of the builder, with various dispute and arbitration clauses, so while we weren’t able to move forward with a more aggressive solution, my family and I did receive the “non-refundable” monies owed to us. My family and I greatly appreciate and value the time that Andrew and Ryan spent helping us to evaluate and determine the best decision for our family. He helped us along with planning our estate and drawing up the pertinent legal documents. He and his assistant, Ryan, run a competent and efficient, yet friendly operation. To top it off his fee is competitive. Andrew took time to explain the documents and clarify questions raised. We highly recommend his service and we will definitely be using his service again!

My husband and I sought out Mr. Gore's assistance with the filing for Legal Guardianship of our special needs daughter. Throughout the years leading up to her eighteenth birthday, I have known that this process can be extremely confusing and difficult. With Mr. Gore's help and his assistant, Mr. Ryan, the process was very easy. They answered all of our questions and explained every step and document in great detail. Literally two months into the process, COVID hit and while it did cause significant delays, Mr. Gore's office kept in constant communication with us.
