I called them to hire a immigration lawyer, Tatiana put in the request for one of the lawyers to contact me. Almost 1 week goes by, and I receive no correspondence from them. I call them back and Shelby confirms that my request is present on file and someone "should've" reached out to me. She starts to take me through the SAME process all over again that Tatiana already did and when I ask her, "isn't everything already there on the file or previous request?" She hung up! Fix your client intake process.

I was initially hesitant to work with Jessie given that I found her on Google, but let me say it was the best decision we made! She helped us file for residency for my husband. It’s been a little over a year now, and we are in the final stages of the process. She completed and filed the papers in a timely manner, she’s been extremely professional, and she has answered every question we’ve had within minutes, even on weekends or outside the 9-5.
