Shortly after paying Bryan Sample very large retainer fee, he literally disappeared and stopped working on my case. I reached out to him many, many times and would get responses several days or a week later saying he was busy and he would get back to me later. After over 6-7 months of dealing with his run arounds, I finally told him I needed to seek other representation because he wasn’t doing anything. So he decided to keep almost all my retainer without doing any work at all and has been ignoring me ever since then.
