Although my interaction with both Daniela & Ericka was just brief, I’m impressed with the customer service I got from them. Dany called me back right away to check how they can help and very quick in answering text messages. Ericka on the other hand was super prompt in scheduling the appointment with the lawyer. This law office really mean business. If I will need any legal help on immigration I will definitely contact them again.

I am super impressed with Ting Law. First, the consultation was free. Second, they were highly professional and punctual. I spoke to Jess over the phone and she took all my questions and passed them on to an attorney at Ting Law and set the right expectations as to when I will hear back from them and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. I did not have this kind of experience even when I paid for their services at other Law firms.

I had the attorney Bryan Sample. It took him months for him to write a cease and desist letter. I’m my opinion, he did not seem consistent and often failed to communicate in a timely manner. Also, Most of the times I would send him two emails to get a response back. And he seems to lack empathy (at least with me). He did not seem to care about my case so he made me feel disregarded. I would never do business with this firm again.
