Jessie Thomas helped me with my Citizenship process, and I would very strongly recommend her professional services. She was accommodating financially and very nice while doing so. I have used other lawyers before that were in just for the money but that is not at all the case with her. She is very thorough in explaining legalities, very involved in every aspect of the processes and extremely personable. If you need an immigration lawyer, do not hesitate to setup a consultation with her. I am positive you will retain her services and will be fully satisfied.

Highly recommend Advocate Jessie Thomas!! I submitted the application for my mom but when just a few weeks were remaining for her visit visa to expire, I received notice that her application was denied due to lack of sufficient documents. I could not believe that I missed the opportunity. I booked the return ticket for my mom. Then as God sent, one of our family members referred me to Advocate Jessie Thomas in Richardson. Jessie clearly said, “I want to help you, but you need to get all required documents, I want approval and not another notice of denial”. Jessie's attention to detail was phenomenal! Look no more for an Immigration lawyer because you have found her! Jessie Thomas stands out from all other immigration lawyers, I feel so blessed that I had my case in her caring hands. She updated me constantly along the way. USCIS loves to play the waiting game and keep you guessing but Jessie DOES NOT. She was giving me updates way faster than I anticipated. She will tell you like it is and not sugar coat it but she's also so kind and willing to text after hours. I can't tell you how many times she talked me through my anxiety about my case. She responds to texts almost immediately. I am so happy to report my husband's green card was approved and it is all thanks to the hard work and dedication of this law office. As far as pricing she is very reasonable. Immigration is expensive, high cost up front, uscis fees, etc...but she works out payment plans so it is so doable. I am a pretty forgetful person so she did have to text me to remind me about my payment once or twice but she was never once rude or disrespectful about it. Even if I needed to pay one day later she understood! As long as you communicate to her your needs she will do everything in her power to assist. This is someone who genuinely cares about her profession. Thank you Jessie for always going above and beyond for me and Theo. We are so so lucky you took on our case. Extremely slow in all the process and they never give you updates unless you ask. Not happy at all.

Simply Jessie is an amazingly dedicated and by far the most efficient immigration attorney you will ever have the pleasure of working with. We were in a crunch time due to losing time with another attorney, only having two weeks left before my wife would’ve had to leave or risk being banned from re-entering for some time. Jessie managed to sit down and tackle everything in less than two weeks. Our situation was unusual but her hard work and determination saved us from what I can imagine as being one of the worst situations possible, young newly-weds being separated from the start.
