We wanted to prepare all estate planning documents and we had recommendations from friends and relatives – about attorneys in DFW area who specialize in Estate Planning and also read several reviews. We chanced to see a YouTube video produced by the YouTube channel of Empower Series about estate planning - wherein an articulate Attorney Ana Pace was eloquently explaining the importance and necessity of Estate Planning in a simple and easy to understand manner. This was about two years back. After overcoming our inertia and procrastination when we finally decided to seek the expertise of attorney Ana, we were pleasantly surprised to find her having her own legal practice, quite near our home in the Richardson area. We could call her office somewhat during the after-office hours, and Ana picked up the phone herself and gave us an appointment for the initial consultation soon. The initial consultation exceeded the allotted time and Ana went about explaining all the related nuances and ramifications as pertaining to our situation, in a patient and thorough manner and recommended a certain course of action. We were able to prepare and complete our Estate Planning documents soon. We were extremely impressed with her natural flair, expert knowledge and the rare ability to view things from the perspective of the client. Her humility, affability and the innate ability to empathize with her clients are rare traits in this modern competitive world and - naturally clients come out much happier and greatly relieved of their concerns - after interacting with Ana. She ensures that she devotes enough time for each and every one of her clients, and one never feels rushed. I was very fortunate to have found Ana for our will and trust. If you've been to her website you see that all the prices are upfront, something I didn't expect which gives you an idea what to expect for the cost and makes it so you don't have to call around and get quotes. That being said my wife and I are very pleased as to how everything was worded in the documents and are happy knowing that our children will have everything in order when the time comes. As for Ana she is the type of person you've felt you've known for sometime and are very comfortable talking to and dealing with. As noted above a 5 star experience and business.
