John helped me on my naturalizations process from beginning to end. I have great experience with him. He stayed on top of all communications and work diligently to get things done. He sent reminders on USCIS interviews and tasks to do, making sure I did not miss anything. I recommend anyone that is looking for an immigration attorney to reach out to John.

The experience I had with Mr. Jacob was GREAT. He is a Great Person in court and in person. Family Law - Mr. Jacob help in way that I thank God for. Yes Jacob knows Family Law well. Yes I still need a few things done. But Family Law is expensive and a lot of work case by case. Thank you Jacob for helping me in my matter❤️

Sadly, this review is of the office staff. I made a call to try and set up an appointment with Elizabeth for a new client consult. The front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I called and asked to speak with Elizabeth. Her response was “She doesn’t work from this office.” Umm... ok? So where does she work from or how can I speak with her? Or does she not work for you at all any more. The rude lady then followed up by saying “Well, you’d have to give me your info and tell me why you’re calling and I’ll email her.” So I gave her my contact info and told her that I was interested in a new client consultation. She then said “New client or are you just looking to sell us clients?” (Which I have no idea what selling a client means... but whatever). I told her that I thought she was being a little bit rude as I’m looking for attorney representation. Her response was “Oh whatever...” and then hung up on me. If this is the level of service recieved on first contact with them, I don’t want to find out how the follow up will be. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Used the HK Law Firm for some legal contract work; they were professional and offered expert advice. Highly trustworthy, would recommend, and return for future legal counsel. Thank you HKL!
