We decided to find an immigration lawyer due to my husbands 100% disability veteran status and we knew income wise this would be an issue for us with the IRS. We chose Jessie as she was close to us in case we ran into any issues - which we did. Jessie was thorough and laid all our options out. She was extremely responsive and easy to get in contact with which made the whole process much less daunting. It didn’t matter the time or day, if I messaged I didn’t have to wait long for a response. Having such good communication led her to being extremely flexible and we were able to file and do the whole process without having to make the drive to her office in Richardson. One of my biggest worries with getting a lawyer was the $$. Instead of expecting a lump sum upfront or a huge deposit, she offered a number of reasonable payment plans which were easy on the bank account. Even after all my payments were made and USICS ghosting us, Jessie still kept in regular contact and gave updates when she could. She was great to work with!
