My family and I have used Mr. Jacobs office for more than 10 years. I remember the first time my family hired him for my grandfathers will. My grandfather was in the hospital and Mr.Jacob went to the hospital for signatures. Ever since then we have used Mr. Jacob. Divorce, custody, wills, demand letters, lawsuits, felony cases, Child Support he has been able to handle it all for my family and friends. Highly recommend.

I decided to retain Mr. Jacob in June 2016, after the initial consultation. While he did allow me to pay in installments, my case received little to no attention until the retainer was PAID IN FULL. It took me two months to pay the retainer, it's taken him seven months to file the paperwork, get it served, and have the order signed by a judge. AND my case is still not completed to my satisfaction. I've sent emails complaining about the service and the indifferent handling of my case, but nothing changes. Throughout my case, I have had to do some of the leg-work myself because I wasn't getting results fast enough. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND William for services that you want handled thoroughly and expeditiously. He is a very nice person, but NOT a service friendly attorney.

Ms. Reynolds handled my case for a false family violence accusation. She helped me all the way through the process and my case was dismissed as rightfully so. She is an amazing attorney! Her prices are fair and she offered me a payment plan even when going to trial. I am so happy to see her in TOP 5 in D magazine! I highly recommend her!

She is a horrible attorney. She was lazy and got me the WORST deal ever. She lied to me, and made me sign on something that I thought was good but at the end of it all, it was the worst deal ever... She screwed me over. She charges WAY too much money and doesn't do the work to earn that money. I do not recommend her for an attorney, you will waste money and time...
