I didnt personally hire Bryan Sample nor would I after experiencing his unprofessionalism when dealing with him from a suit he filed on me. The person he hired made a mistake IMO hiring a attorney that would send a letter falsifying information on a court document, threatening false criminal prosecution (that would constitute bullying) and not showing on a case he brought about to a court hearing. He didnt bank that I would show. I DID... HIM, NOR HIS CLIENT SHOWED. A client usually hires a attorney to represent him in a court hearing I would assume.

Don't waste your money. They'll charge you for a simple consultation when it's free with other law firms. During the phone consultation the counselor was talking to other people, putting me on hold twice, and the "consultation" was nothing that you can't find on the USCIS website. It's was truly pathetic. They made huge mistakes in my sister's permanent residence case, reckless mistakes. A very large school district dumped them because of their performance. Reply to their reply: What a pathetic reply. Zero acountability, zero attempt to say we are sorry you had this experience. I have the credit card records to prove I did pay you which makes me a customer. If I am paying for 15 minutes of your time, then during those 15 minutes you do nothing but to give me your full attention, it's called ethics, which clearly you have none.

I will preface this review by saying the only reason I am writing this review is because of attorney Adam Tran. If you were to need superb immigration services from this firm, I would make sure this is the lawyer assigned to your case. I’ll start from the beginning… My husband and I needed an immigration attorney, and one of my friends recommended this firm. Since the beginning of my case we went through a few attorneys and paralegals. I am not sure if the turnover is normal or just something that occurred while our case was being processed. Eventually our case was assigned to attorney Tran a few days before our interview. Although he had not been there from the beginning he took the time to sit down with my husband and I and go over our case and answer any question or concern we could have. He was very honest, professional, and empathetic. He put our minds at ease by fully preparing us for what to expect, and was prepared himself. As to the firm, what i liked the most was their online platform. I was able to upload all the required documents, contact anyone at the office if I had any questions, and view a checklist of what I needed to turn in. This made the process so much easier considering I don’t live close to the firm and couldn’t just pop in regularly. In legal matters open communication and prompt responses are super important and I really felt like they’ve got that whole thing figured out.
