I don't know where to begin with this review. If I had to summarize my experience with Jessie I'd have to say FANTASTIC! I hired Jessie to help me obtain green cards for my wife and her daughter who are from Colombia. I had heard horror stories about the USA immigration process and was worried for my wife and her daughter. Jessie not only made us all feel at ease she is very knowledgeable about the process and expectation. She always had the correct information and guided us along the right path. As a result of her expertise, my wife and her daughter received their SS Cards two months after we filed and their Green Cards five months after we filed. AMAZING! Jessie is by far the best lawyer I have ever worked with. She responded to every text, every email, and every phone call within minutes! Jessie is one of a kind. We’ve gone thru a process with her and it was worth every penny! Not only is she affordable but she 100% over delivers. She responds to every question to the best of her knowledge and always looks for the right things for her clients. Often times she answers faster than SIRI and you are not going to get there anywhere else.

I typically don’t do reviews, but I had to do one for Jessie especially because a few years ago I randomly found her on google after a couple of bad experiences with immigration lawyers. I took a leap of faith and I truly could not have picked a better attorney to help me with my GC and naturalization process. Jessie’s attention to details is phenomenal! I started the process very anxious but quickly found that from start to finish I had little to worry about because Jessie had my back. In addition to all the good things other reviewers have said about her, a couple of things stood out for me. One, when I moved from Texas to go back to school, I did not have to worry about taking a trip down in person, Jessie handled the details online via emails and USPS priority mails. Also, when I ran into financial issues after quitting my job to go back to school full time, Jessie offered a payment plan that was very reasonable and convenient. I had people telling me you don’t need a lawyer for your naturalization process, just do it yourself and save the money. Well, some of the same people have not even started on their own process and that would have been me but for Jessie’s help who kept up with me along the way to make sure I was on track. I became a US citizen August 31st! It is a long and tedious process, but I honestly had it super easy. If I had to do it all over again, I will go with Jessie for sure. I took time to write a review because when I was worrying a few years ago after I picked this law firm on google not knowing what to expect, I wish someone had reassured me that I was making the right choice – the best choice!

I had a phone consultation regarding EB2/EB3, Jouliana was knowledgeable and friendly. She was very helpful.

I was stopped for DWI in Collin County. Initial charge was that I changed lanes without signalling - which was true - and that I was swerving in the lane - which was false (as even the videos showed later). It was a Saturday night and the cops were obviously looking for drunk drivers (like they should). It was the last few days of the month - I do not know if this was a factor. I hired one lawyer for handling the case, but in a couple of weeks, discovered that he/his firm was very shoddy in its practices. They did not file proper ALR hearing request, but upon my follow-up on this, pretended that they did - by showing me what was obviously to me a fake document. My *guess* is that they fooled a lot of clients in this manner. Sad to see that there are unethical lawyers like this. I searched online, found David Burrows and interviewed him, among others. Right off the bat, I could make out that David was honest and ethical, would fight for his client and not just try to make money of the case and not care what happened to his client. I decided to hire him as my lawyer. It was the best thing I did in this whole ordeal. David was, simply put, awesome from beginning to end. Whenever I met with him, it was more like meeting with a friend rather than with a lawyer. I always felt like he would do the maximum he can to win the case. David advised me on how to get a copy of my records from the police department (all the videos etc.) and reviewed them multiple times while we were waiting for the blood test police report to come through. He also helped me get an ODL (Occupational Driver's License) so I could continue driving for work for the next six months. My blood test results had came in below the threshold of 0.08, but the county decided to file a DWI case anyway (interesting that they can do that even when it is below the legal limit.) Through the following months, David met with me many times and reviewed the case. He advised me that getting a blood re-test might be helpful, and I decided to opt for that. It was good advice - the results came in 16% lower than the previous and helped cement my case. When the case came up for pre-trial he discussed with me the options of going for a judge-trial or a jury-based trial. I let him be the judge on that decision as I had no prior experience in this matter. We went with the judge trial and it took may be 15-20 minutes for the judge to dismiss the case. David was a god-send as far as I am concerned. I had never known him before this case but I would unhesitatingly refer him to others.

Came to Rinnou & Associates for a consultation. Met with Joulianna and had such a wonderful experience, I had to come on here and give her a five star rating! She answered all of our questions with such kindness and grace and made us feel so at ease about a situation we thought would be so complicated! She was very pleasant to speak with and well-versed in all things immigration, I would definitely recommend her to all!

This Attorney is without a doubt, the most phenominal/Amazing Attorney that I have ever met. She is highly intelligent on Immigration Laws, Spends time answering your Immigration questions, giving you options so that you can make the best choice possible for your needs. She has spent countless hours on her own time, answering my late night questions, as they come into my head, keeping me awake. Her prices are extremely low and she has a payment plan available.
