Slip & Fall injury: If Herbert's paralegal cant get it resolved through paperwork - don't waste your time with this office. Was informed by the opposing Atty group there was a waiver signed by host, therefore we would need to sue the host. Herbert Group never asked for a copy of the waiver and dropped my case. Turns out the waiver was never signed. However, a more competent Atty asked for evidence of the waiver (not signed) and we are pursuing the slip & fall liability with owner of the venue. Herbert can be bluffed easily.
