I have to say that working with Zachary Herbert was a breath of fresh air for me. I was involved in a car accident last year and of course it is to be expected that even though I have a settlement underway, it does take time for these types of things to complete. With that being said, I was in need financially and asked Mr. Herbert what he thought about Peach tree's loan or even other places like that who offer you money aka a loan from your settlement and you just pay them back when you receive your money from the settlement. He immediately asked what was going on and how he could cut me a check for the amount I needed so I would not have to borrow any money from a loan place. I am do grateful for that. I was able to move as I planned, into a better environment for my children and myself. I was able to get a better vehicle that is newer and more reliable. Who needs a "Texas Hammer" when you have Zachary Herbert! Zachary is no tool when it comes to getting the job done! If you want someone to fight for you all the way through a jury trial then Zach is your man. He is just as much a marine in the courtroom as we was serving our country. A lot of lawyers in Texas are afraid of juries, not Zach. My case settled but I stuck with Zach because insurance companies know he will take it to.the bitter end if he has to.
