Everyone was very pleasant and if I had a question they were quick to answer.
Only thing is it took years for my case to be completed and I felt it could have been completed sooner..but I understand it wasnt their fault..it was COVID. So I am giving them a 5 because communication was great and they were always friendly. Also, we won. I thank them for everything .

I started out elsewhere...but to make a long story short, the moment Zachary took over my case things went smoother and more efficient. The communication was something to talk about... he's a texter! Waisted years on my case a tow truck rear ended my car and totaled it. Barley updated me through the years and I’m not surprised got nothing out of it , it seemed like they mainly just sent “letters” to the other people involved , they were able to open up a new tow company while I’m still here suffering with the car in my background not able to start my business, they didn’t even get jail time for injuring 3 people , 2 adults and a 3 year old child. If it was someone else on the street they would of went to jail for a hit and run.. don’t waste your time.

I would like to thank Brandon Lavery for everything! At the end, he was the only one who was able to deliver! If you have a serious or very complicated case and don’t know where to turn, or are not getting the right answers, turn to Brandon.
