My case was a little different due to my job and that way they had to work with me was excellent it took time but they took care of everything and I'm very satisfied and would gladly use them again if I ever ran into any other accident or injury!!!

So far a positive experience.

The worst unprofessional and rude lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. I had a bad accident in 2019 which wasn’t my fault and went to ER . We got a settlement from that guys insurance for 30K I got 10K and Zach Herbert got 10K and told me with the rest of the money my medical bills would be paid from that settlement from the guys insurance. I signed a paper where it says that my ER visit paid by insurance. But I’m still getting phone calls from dept collectors and getting bills sent to me that my ER bill wasn’t paid and my radiology bills wasn’t paid. Zach Herbert telling me now 2.5 years later that what it meant is my health insurance paid . But I didn’t even have health insurance. Im still stuck with bills from that accident in 2019 ER visit , my medical bills haven’t gotten paid. He just pocket it the rest of that money. So be careful before you take him as your accident lawyer. Your medical bills won’t get paid when accident wasn’t even your fault and even if you get a settlement. Also Zach Herbert is rude told me to stop emailing him, when all I wanted was a explanation. I feel like I was lied to and just been fooled. With totaled car and injured for life and still stuck with medical bills from an accident that we got settlement for. He lied to me that all my medical bills would be paid. But they didn’t pay those bills out of my settlement.

Herbert Law Group is by far the best lawyers Ive had to deal with an accident. Any questions I had were answered, and explained. They are 24/7 and send updates 10/10 recommend

My attorney Kaitlyn did a great job. She always kept me informed, I never had to ask her for a status update. She kept me up to date with the latest information in a timely manner. She is very flexible when needing to schedule for a meeting. She has great people and always let me know that the ultimate decision was always mine while still giving her thoughts. In the end she was able to get me the exact settlement that I initially asked for including all medical and legal fees paid. I would definitely work with Herbert Law Group again!

Zach and his team helped me get my case settled after almost 2 years of waiting. They are great with communicating, and have lots of flexibility doing meetings over Skype and FaceTime if you are not able to come up to their office. Zach is definitely very personable and willing to fight for his clients. They made me feel much more comfortable dealing with the mediation and deposition, which I had never done before.
